Regardless of which Beachbody fitness program you are doing, the best thing about this app is that it helps you track your Beachbody Portion Control Containers! It takes into account your gender, height, weight, and activity level to recommend the number of each container you need to eat every day.  Simply log your colored containers for each meal and see how many you have left for the day. Plus, it gives you an easy reference list of foods for each container! 

In addition, this app makes 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme easy as pie (even if pie isn't necessarily on the menu) by helping you track your nutrition, water, workout plan, transformation, and post-goal fitness and nutrition maintenance plan.  


 

Calorie Tracking

MY FITNESS PAL

If you prefer to monitor your food intake through calories instead of with Beachbody Portion Control Containers, then My Fitness Pal is your go-to app.  

Simply set up your profile to get your calorie recommendations and start tracking, all by taking pictures of the barcodes on the food you are eating (no barcode = no problem, search their extensive database for the item).  It will automatically adjust your calories left in the day and provide a nutritional breakdown of proteins, carbs, etc.  

 


 

Water Tracking

MY WATER BALANCE

This is the best app we have found to keep track of your water consumption.  Taking into account your height, weight, gender, and activity level, it recommends the amount of water you should drink every day and allows you to set reminders to keep you on track.  

The best thing is that it takes into account more than just water - enter the tea, coffee, sports drinks, etc. that you consume everyday to see how they are contributing to your hydration level.  

 


 

Body Transformation Tracking

FITSTREAM

Measurements and photos are the best way to measure progress!

FitStream is one of the best body transformation trackers on the market.  It allows you to enter measurements on key areas of your body (waist, arms, legs, etc.) and upload photos of yourself as you progress in your fitness journey.  Then, with each entry, you can see your progress documented in graphs.  Talk about motivation!

We love Beachbody on Demand (BOD)!  24/7 streaming and full access to all of Beachbody's workouts (*with the All Access Pass) means you aren't tied down to your DVD player = workouts completed anywhere, anytime with an internet connection.

Have you ever wanted to combine two or more Beachbody workout programs, but are unsure of how to do it?  This website is your answer!  

Simply specify which days you want to work out on, how many times per day, how many weeks you want your hybrid to last, which programs you want to combine, your fitness level, and your goals.  Then, this website produces a beautiful workout calendar that you can print or save.  It tells you exactly what workout(s) to do each day and their associated duration.  If you don't like where it put a workout, feel free to drag and drop until you are content.  

This is our FAVORITE tool when we want to combine programs because it takes the guesswork out for us so we can focus on what really matters!
